Books kept, deadlines watched
Bookkeeping and admin as a managed service for freelancers and solo operators: day-to-day books, receipts and invoices organized, filing deadlines watched, and year-end material archived in one flow. You do the work that earns; the paperwork runs itself.

Who it fits, and what gets in the way
Freelancers, sole proprietors and one-person companies: too many transactions for a shoebox, too few for a staff bookkeeper.
Receipts fill a shoebox; tax season means an all-night sort, and something is still missing
Business and personal money share one account, and whether the year made money is a feeling, not a number
Filing deadlines live in your head, and late fees have happened more than once

Boundaries
Not included
- We do not file or sign your taxes: filings are yours or your licensed accountant’s; we prepare the material and watch the dates
- No aggressive tax schemes: sound treatment, explained; grey-area plays are out
- Your money never passes through us: this is bookkeeping, not custody
What we need from you
- Export access to bank and payment statements
- Receipts monthly — photos or paper, agreed at setup
- One person to confirm categorization calls: usually you
How engagement and quoting work
Review first, quote after: the size of your books sets the monthly scope, written down before anything starts. The trust terms are stated up front — export any time, full hand-back on exit with our copies deleted, every entry sourced. Anything beyond scope is quoted before it is done.
Questions on this page
How is this different from an accountant?
An accountant files and signs, a few times a year. This manages the daily layer: monthly books, receipts, deadlines. Your accountant receives finished material instead of a shoebox.
My books are a mess. Still eligible?
Yes. The review exists for exactly that: gaps listed honestly, history reconciled, then the monthly rhythm starts.
Is my data safe with you?
Every entry is sourced and exportable by you at any time; on exit everything is handed back and our copies deleted. That is written into the service terms.
Can I stop mid-year?
Any time. The current month is closed, data packaged and returned. No retention hoops.
How do we start?
Describe your current bookkeeping in a few sentences on the contact page. We book a free review first, then talk scope.
