A studio that says it plainly
KINGAI.WORK does three things: builds websites, apps and business systems for clients; runs a set of its own products; and opens the useful tools up for free.

Editorial policy
Every claim on this site has to survive a follow-up question: quotes reconcile, capabilities are not exaggerated, and a product that is not live yet is labeled waitlist, not launched.
How we deliver
Requirements, design reviews, launch and aftercare all leave a trail in tickets and documents. Anyone can pick up where the last person stopped — nothing depends on one person's memory.
How we charge
Plan first, then an itemized fixed quote, then work starts. Pass-through money — ad spend, subscriptions — is paid by you straight to the platform. We only charge our own service fee.
Staged payments
Contract work is paid in 40/40/20 stages. Each stage is paid only after the previous one passes acceptance, and the final payment sits after delivery.
Everything is yours
The domain is registered in your own name. Accounts, source code and documents are handed over in full at delivery — we never keep you tied to us for renewals.
Honest status labels
A product page says what is actually true: use what is live, join the waitlist for what is not. We do not sell things that are not finished yet.
We mainly serve clients in North America and deliver remotely. Conversations in English or Chinese both work.
