Hard questions first, in plain words.
Money, code, data, aftercare — the six things worth asking about, answered one by one. All of these go into the contract when you sign.
How payments work
40% to start, 40% when the design is approved, 20% when the work passes acceptance. Every payment matches a result you can see; if acceptance fails, the next payment is not due. On ad projects, ad spend is paid by you straight to the platform and we charge management only — the two amounts are always separate.
Who owns the code and accounts
Delivered source code, domains, ad accounts and data are yours. That is written into the contract. We keep only the access needed to do the work, and you can revoke all of it when the engagement ends.
What if the work is not right
Design is approved before building starts, so the build does not wander. Problems in delivered work are fixed free: 30 days after a website launches, 60 days after an app release.
Where your data goes
Details you submit are used only to prepare your plan and run your project. Never sold, never handed to third parties for marketing. Site enquiries are stored on our own server, and deletion or correction requests are handled on request.
Can the quote change mid-project
The quote is fixed before work starts and written into the contract. Work outside the scope is quoted first and only done after you confirm — never built first and billed later.
Who to call when something breaks
One entry point: the support center, with a first reply within 4 working hours. Hosted clients get uptime monitoring — we usually spot a site problem before you do.
