Terms of Service

Quotes & payment

Prices in a plan are fixed quotes and do not change once written into the contract. The standard payment rhythm is 40% to start, 40% when the design is approved, 20% when the work passes acceptance. Work outside the scope is quoted first and only done after your written confirmation.

Delivery & acceptance

Work is delivered by contract milestones, each with a result you can inspect. The acceptance window is 7 business days after delivery; if no objection is raised in that window, the milestone counts as accepted. If acceptance fails, the work is revised or refunded as the contract sets out.

Intellectual property

Once the balance is settled, the delivered source code, design files and content are yours. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. Materials you supply are yours to warrant the right to use.

Aftercare

Problems caused by the delivered work itself are fixed free for 30 days after a website launches and 60 days after an app release. Hosting and care coverage follows the tier you bought.

Limits of liability

Rule changes and fees of third-party platforms (ad platforms, app stores, payment processors) are outside our control; anything affected is listed separately in your plan. Terms questions: [email protected].
