What we collect
Only the enquiry details you submit yourself: your name, email, the type of project you have in mind, and your message. Server logs keep standard access records (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
What it is used for
Enquiry details are used only to reply with a plan, follow up on your own project, and provide aftercare. They are not sold, rented, or given to third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept until the project ends or you ask for deletion. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after at most 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] and we will handle it and reply within 7 business days.
