PARTNERS · PARTNER PROGRAM

Three kinds of partners, three ways to work

KINGAI sells its own products, and sells with partners. Resellers take products to market, prime contractors bring us into government and large-institution programs, and local partners lead delivery on the ground. Every cooperation starts with one real order or one program module; frameworks come after the flow works.

Partner types

RESELL

Reseller partners

Who it fits: Companies and advisors with customer reach: software resellers, industry consultants, regional service firms.

You own the customer relationship and first-line support; we supply the products, training material and back-end operations, with revenue shared as agreed. Customer accounts and data ownership are written into the cooperation points up front, and every product sold runs on the shared platform, so add-ons ride the same account.

PRIME

Prime contractor partners

Who it fits: Prime contractors and systems integrators delivering government and large-institution programs.

KINGAI joins as a subcontractor and module supplier: the active defense system, the national intelligence network, smart-city systems, the early-warning network and the government digital-services base can be supplied module by module, or operated end to end as a managed service. The product lines map to US federal procurement categories (NAICS 541512, systems design, among others). Talk to us during teaming, and the division of work and acceptance terms go into the proposal in writing.

LOCAL

Local partners

Who it fits: Local companies in target cities and countries: implementers, operators, industry bodies.

Smart-city and government programs land through local delivery: on-site implementation, language and content operations, and compliance support are led by the local partner, while we supply the systems, the design packages and the operations base. Local partner, local deployment and local content sources are built into the proposal from the start, so bid eligibility is ready before the tender opens.

How a cooperation starts

1

State your intent

Which partner type, which market you cover, and what channel or program you hold. A few lines through the contact page or to [email protected].

2

Align the split

One working session settles product scope, the price framework and the support boundary, written down as one page of cooperation points for both sides to confirm.

3

Start small

Run one real order first, or one module inside one program. Once the flow works and the books are clean, widen the scope.

4

Framework cooperation

Sign the framework agreement; the product catalog and price framework are reviewed yearly. Government work is subcontracted program by program, with its own acceptance terms.

  • Revenue shares, supply pricing and support boundaries are written into the cooperation points. Nothing stays verbal.
  • Supply chains for government work pass Section 889 screening program by program; banned-vendor products stay out of every proposal.
  • Security and intelligence offerings to foreign governments pass an export-control review first, program by program, before solution details are discussed.

What partners look at first

PLATFORM

The platform layer

One account, an intelligence core and an operations base: every product a partner sells is built on this base.

GOVERNMENT

National solutions

The five scenarios prime and local partners ask about most: composition, deployment shapes and entry pages.

PILOT

Pilots

A cooperation can start as a joint pilot: one real customer task, run end to end.
