Run one real task before you decide
A pilot package exists to make the decision easy: take one small, real job you already have, and run our system on it with real data in a real environment. Timeline, deliverables and acceptance criteria go on one page before we start. The framework conversation comes after the results.
One tier per line
Different buying motions, different pilot shapes. Each runs by its own rules.
Personal pilot
Digital staff start with a single role; a smart website starts as a working sample site, running inside your own account. Once it runs smoothly, expand roles and features item by item, charged through the wallet.
Business pilot
Pick one scenario for a fixed-scope pilot: the baseline is measured and the acceptance metrics written down before work starts, the pilot runs inside its term, and an evaluation report judges it against exactly those metrics. The pilot is a scaled-down production run, and its data and configuration carry straight into the full launch; on a miss, agreed exit terms close it cleanly.
Government pilot
One real-environment deployment is the unit: a baseline defense deployment with an audit re-check, a sample situation report with its evidence chain, or live early warning connected for one region. Timeline and scope are written into the pilot agreement before work starts.
What you hold when the pilot ends
A one-page pilot agreement
Task, timeline, deliverables, acceptance criteria and fees on a single page, confirmed by both sides before anything begins.
A baseline report
The current state measured before anything changes: volumes, handling time, error rates. Without a baseline, nobody can say afterwards whether anything improved.
A working sample
Not a demo video: a system you can open and operate in your own environment, or a report you can take straight into a meeting.
Run and acceptance records
Handling, issues and fixes during the pilot are logged entry by entry, then checked against the list at acceptance.
An evaluation report
Judged against the metrics registered before the pilot: passed, missed, or data insufficient — reported separately. This is the document an internal decision gets made on.
A draft framework agreement
The master agreement and the module add-on catalog are settled in advance, with the price framework fixed, so later additions skip renegotiation.
How a pilot gets judged
Business AI pilots usually die at “nobody can say whether it worked”. These five rules exist to prevent exactly that.
- Baseline first: today’s numbers are measured before anything is changed, and the report starts from them.
- Metrics pre-registered: the success standard is written into the agreement before the pilot, and cannot be redefined at the end.
- Fixed term: the pilot closes on schedule with an evaluation — no endless tuning, no pilot becoming a permanent engagement.
- Verdict on data: expand, adjust, or stop — all three options carry the numbers, and the decision is yours.
- Exit terms: how a miss is wound down, and who keeps the data and records, is settled before work starts.
From pilot to framework, in four steps
Apply
Describe the job in a few lines and say which line it belongs to. We reply with a pilot plan for that line.
Baseline & metrics
Measure the current state and write the acceptance metrics into the agreement: pass lines and judging method first, never redefined afterwards.
Run the pilot
Sample and records delivered per the agreement, inside a fixed term. Problems surface as they appear; metrics are watched, not moved.
Verdict & next step
The evaluation report judges the pilot against its metrics. Pass, and it converts to a framework agreement with modules added from the catalog. Miss, and the exit terms close it; records and sample stay yours.
