One real task a week, until it clicks
One-on-one AI coaching for individuals and small-team leads — not lectures. Every week is one concrete task from your real work: a document you actually owe, a dataset you actually use. The coach sits alongside, corrects as you go, and stops only when you can do the same class of task alone.

Who it fits, and what gets in the way
Individuals, freelancers and small-team leads who installed the tools and never got fluent: the gap is practice on real work, not more theory.
Courses were watched; back at your own desk, you still cannot say where to start
Prompts come out vague, output unusable, and fixing it takes longer than doing it yourself
Everyone around you is adopting it, and the distance grows by the week

What you get
| Component | What is included | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Starting diagnosis | Your workflow reviewed: which tasks eat hours and suit AI first | A ranked task list |
| Weekly coached task | One real task per week, coach alongside: break it down, prompt it, fix the output | One real deliverable per week |
| Prompt templates | The phrasings that worked, kept as your personal templates | A template library that thickens weekly |
| Solo check | The same class of task, done alone; the coach only marks the result | A pass record — independence is the pass mark |
How it runs
Diagnose & rank
First session maps the workflow and ranks tasks; week one’s task is chosen
Coached output
One task a week, delivered for real, templates kept as we go
Solo repeat
Same class of task on your own; the coach reviews and names the gaps
Close-out check
A self-check list: what you can now do alone, what still needs practice; you decide on continuing
Boundaries
Not included
- The coach does not do your job for you: coaching that substitutes for you fails its own solo check, and helps nobody
- No misuse tuition: bypassing reviews or fabricating content is outside the syllabus
- No promised number of weeks: pace varies by person, billed weekly, never packaged with guarantees
What we need from you
- Real tasks: bring work you genuinely owe; without them there is nothing to coach on
- Practice time each week — coaching watches, your hands do the work
How engagement and quoting work
Weekly, no long lock-in: diagnosis and ranking first, then decide after week one. Pricing is per week, confirmed by a person after a short conversation — sessions per week and length written down. Every template and file produced is yours.
Questions on this page
How is this different from an online course?
Courses show someone else doing it. Coaching is you doing your own real work while an expert corrects you. The deliverable is the thing you owed anyway.
Complete beginner — workable?
Yes. The diagnosis sets the start line: the most time-hungry, most learnable task first, no concepts before practice.
How many weeks to independence?
Writing and organizing tasks often land in a few weeks; heavier analysis takes longer. The close-out check reports it plainly instead of selling renewals.
Can a team coach together?
Yes — the team version trains by role and builds a shared playbook. See AI Training for Business, or ask with your headcount.
How do we start?
Send the task you most want to get fluent at, via the contact page. We run the diagnosis and set week one.
