Classes end; the coaching does not
AI training for business teams where the course is only half the product. Classes are built per role and taught on each role’s real work; afterwards, weeks of coaching make the new habits stick, and what the team learned is written into its own operating playbook — so the training survives the training day.

Who it fits, and what gets in the way
Companies rolling AI out to a whole team: licenses bought, accounts issued, and usage that never climbs.
Training was bought before; applause was warm and two weeks later everyone was back to the old way
Tool accounts went out, three enthusiasts use them, and the rest rarely open the app
Every role prompts differently, the same question yields five answers, and nobody owns correctness

What you get

How it runs
Audit & design
One to two weeks: interviews and material review into a per-role curriculum
Classes
Taught per role, every class producing real work, checked on the spot
Coaching period
Weeks of office hours, output sampling and correction
Playbook close-out
Playbook finalized; a close-out note states which roles are now independent and which need more practice
Boundaries
Not included
- No promised instant mastery: what is promised is a curriculum fitted to roles and coaching that follows through
- No misuse content: bypassing reviews or mass fabrication is not taught
- Materials are your internal asset: we keep only the table of contents on file
What we need from you
- Real working material per role, de-identified, for class exercises
- Class time and a named roster; one coordinator for the coaching period
How engagement and quoting work
Audit first, then a single written price once headcount, roles and coaching length are set — confirmed by a person and contracted with the curriculum and coaching plan attached. Coaching can extend by the week afterwards without re-signing the whole package.
Questions on this page
How does this differ from individual AI Coaching?
Individual coaching is one person’s own work, one-on-one. This trains a team by role and ends with a shared playbook the team keeps.
Remote or on-site?
Either. Classes can run remotely and coaching is remote by default; key sessions on site are written into the plan where needed.
Levels vary wildly. Problem?
The audit is the levelling tool: classes group by role, tasks scale by difficulty, and nobody is dragged at another’s pace.
What if tool use still stalls after classes?
That is what the coaching period exists for: usage is read from the logs — stalls get diagnosed as habit or tooling, and fixed accordingly.
How do we start?
Send team size and role mix via the contact page. We book the audit interview first, then propose curriculum and price.
