Questions on this page

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Business Profile, authorized once at setup. After that, upkeep, review replies and the monthly report are on us, and any wording we are unsure about goes to you first.

Who writes the review replies?

We do, and you can spot-check any of them. Good reviews get a short thank-you. Bad ones answer the problem itself and offer a path to fix it, no template arguments.

Can you get me more good reviews?

Only the compliant way: invitations sent to real customers, nobody screened, no good-review threshold, nothing bought. Bought and gated reviews break platform rules and the US federal review rule, and getting caught puts the whole profile at risk. We do not touch that.

The full local-services play

Profile upkeep covers the map-and-reviews piece only. To line up website bookings, ads and local search together, see the Local Services solution page, where the order and the combination are spelled out.
